Return Policy

I. Hours of Operation
Orders: Monday through Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
 
II. Terms
Orders are shipped via Credit Card payments unless otherwise requested.
 
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
 
C.O.D. company checks are accepted only with prior credit approval.
 
There is a $35.00 service charge assessed for any returned or bounced checks.
 
All orders are subject to chipping and handling charge.
 
Net terms may be extended to customers with exceptional payment history and credit approval.
 
Please allow 2 weeks for approval process. Past due accounts will be charged a 1.5% service fee monthly.
 
All checks must be payable to City Hunter.
 
III. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 
IV. Minimum Orders
There is a $250.00 minimum order requirement. Orders under the minimum will be subject to a $25.00 minimum
fee.
 
All styles must be purchased according to pre-packed assortments.
 
V. A copy of customer's Retail Certificate or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is required.
 
VI. Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
 
Common carrier serivces can be arranged at the customer's request.
 
VII. Claims and Returns
Any claims for wrong or damaged merchandise or shortages must be made within 5 business days within receipt
of goods.
 
No credit will be issued for goods returned without notification or approval, or if notification is made after 5 days
from receipt of good.
 
No returns are accepted without an authorized RA#.
 
In order to receive credit, an authorized RA# must be labeled on all cartons that are returned. Returns may be
subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Credit will be issued only upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
 
There may be a 15% Restocking Fee, minimum of $25.00, for refused shipments, as well as inbound freight charge assessment. All charges associated with refused shipments must be settled before the next order.
 
All freight charges must be prepaid for all returns.
 
All penalties and surcharges will be automatically applied to the customer's account.
